Amen.
It seem to me that Theresa last wish was to get a divorce
from this demon. Can the church/pope grant a divorce ?
Since he broke the holy marriage commandments..?
just wondering

Orlando, I think this bears repeating to a couple of ears...
It's been pretty well documented that Terri was progressing toward divorce in her "final days." If we can kill her based on hearsay from conflicted third parties why can't she get a divorce on hearsay as well?

From what I understand, Orlando, Terri's team did appeal to the court ~ prior to being disconnected from food and water ~ for a divorce, but it was ruled that she would have to indicate her wishes ... and since there hasn't been therapy along those lines ...
In other words, she can't do what they want her to do because they have not allowed her to do what they want her to do ... may the Lord sweep this evil away ~

The way I see it, Michael has effectively "divorced" Terri by choosing to commit to a relationship with another woman that he has now sustained for some ten + years (children have even been born to their union).
It seems to me that by taking this action he has removed himself from the position of sole spokesman for Terri's rights, decisions, property, etc.
Essentially what the courts are doing is sanctioning polygamy
