FWIU, this is the second motion to dismiss Michael as guardian. At the time of the first motion, Michael's relationship with Jodi had not yet been established, nor had Michael yet done many of the outrageous things he's done since. I'll admit I'm a bit surprised that the actual petition has not been addressed directly yet even though it was filed over a year ago. I wonder whether it's been subjected to numerous continuances or what the deal is? In any event, he has made numerous statements against interest on national television, and it should be hard for a judge to ignore what is basically a confession that he violated the requirements of guardianship.
