I love reading these documents, and find Connors' arguments most compelling. He has backed Felos into a corner very neatly. pickyoupoison: Just wondering which direction Felos would take now. Can he just drop this case against Bush and come out it unscathed?
I find law very interesting (and often fun). Felos is certainly backed into a corner now, isn't he? If the judge dismisses the Petition, Felos may or may not refile it in the proper Court. If he does refile, you can bet he will substantially change the petition. If he doesn't refile, it may be because there is no option but to allow Bush to gather evidence....which would, therefore, compel Felos to disclose information, reopen things he wants closed, re-examination of witnesses (new and old).....what a dilemma for Felos!!!! (God works in mysterious ways.)
