Also Wednesday, an attorney for Gov. Jeb Bush asked another judge to dismiss a lawsuit filed by Michael Schiavo challenging the constitutionality of the law that allowed the governor to order reinsertion of Terri Schiavo's feeding tube two weeks ago.

That action argues that the governor was never served with the suit, which would make it invalid. It also argued that it should have been filed in Leon County - where Bush is based - instead of Pinellas County.

For anyone who is not already aware of it, there is a bill on the table in Florida, being discussed yesterday and today; that would eliminate "lewd and lascivious behavior" as a disqualification for guardianship. Coincidence that it just happens to be on the table TODAY?

Creator God, we look to You to restore Terri to the protective care of her family. Thank You that their love is such that they have not tired of going again and again into the courts of law on her behalf. It's obviously designed to keep M. Schiavo from being disqualified as guardian. The timing is about what I've come to expect. The wheels keep turning on both sides of this. No coincidence.
