PALESTINE, November 4, 2003 (IPC+ Agencies)[Official PA website]-- Sobaih Abu S'aud, 18, of the West Bank city of Nablus, has been killed Monday, after having been attempted to carry out a resistance operation against Israeli soldiers stationed at the military checkpoint of near the Azoun area of Nablus, Al-Aqsa Martyrs Brigades statement, reported by Aljazeera.net, said.

"Sobaih, loaded with explosive devices around his body, rushed towards a number of Israeli soldiers, manning a military checkpoint on the entrance of Azoun town, and blew himself up."

Israeli sources said the explosion left no injuries among the soldiers.

The statement made clear that such an operation, which took place in an occupied Palestinian territory against an Israeli military checkpoint, is a part of a series of resistance operations against the Israeli occupying forces which continue to grip military control over Nablus city and other areas of the Occupied Palestinain Territories OPT.

Thanks for the info! Now, I'm twisted enough to wonder if he set any sort of distance records as his useless body broke into pieces and flew in separate directions. Was there an arc in the flight of body parts, perhaps? Can they wrap the parts in pigskin before returning them to the so-called palis?
