If this were happening near me and I wanted to counter-protest, or better yet, make some money for CR, I'd open a booth right next to them selling cookies for $1 each and have a big sign that says "NOT THE COLLEGE REPUBLICANS."
Then at the end of the day, after all the libs bought 'protest cookies,' I'd give the $$ to CR. :)

Ping to 60. I also agree with the videotaping idea. Make sure everyone there brings a camera and tapes and as a last resort, audiotape recorders. And make sure that you have a copy of something legit to hand out discussing the Republican position on affirmative action (Ward Connerly might have some helpful stuff here). And at the 'protest' table, make sure they have a camera too (second angles are fun).
I'd strongly recommend that whoever's at the 'protest' table wear a tie-dye and look grungy. Maybe have a couple of signature sheets and petitions for people that have 'serious objections' to CR to sign, so that you get a list of all the people that attended in the event there's any real fracas beyond the shouting.
