Is anyone listening to Hannity? He just read a memo from a dem party staffer (i think) on the select committe on intelligence (or some such), which, as he describes it, shows the the dem committe members are pre-planning a political assault on the pres. and care nothing for our security, which is their job.
He's acting like this is the hottest scoop since I don't know what, I'm at work so I'm only 1/2 listening, plus he read the whole thing which seemed to be a least 2 pages long, a little tough to follow being in beaurocrat-speak.
Is this really important? And will this story grow legs?

Unless there's a lot more to this memo than is posted here, I don't see what the big deal is. No mention at all of using classified information either.

It's about a memo from a Dem from the Select Intell Committe on how the plan on attacking President Bush with the information them have Who will be the next Leaky Leahy?
I only hope the nation sees how the Rats continually put party over country and elect even more conservative republicans in the future!

Good work, both of you! Thanks.
Now, which democrat Senator has a "PATRIOTIC" staffer?
My guess, a John Edwards or Di-fi staffer.

The Senate Select Intelligence Committee became an issue during the "power sharing" debate in 2002 after the Republicans re-retook the Senate. Roberts was decrying the Democrats attempt to politicize the committee (he said that they had traditionally been non-partisan but Democrats wanted separate staffs and budgets now).
So, now this. It looks like they were playing the Chairman for a chump all along.

Why was the Senate Intell Committee up to this if they weren't going to use their access to classified info?

View then View Source in IE; after the Notepad comes up select what you want and then paste. Great time and nerve saver!

I'm scared now... Me too. The Democrats are selling out our country - AGAIN! - just to win an election.

This is beyond "dirty democrat politics" --- we have men (and Women?) losing thier lives everyday.
Damn the democrats.

Up to what? All I see is that the Dems are trying to make the Administration look bad, calling for investigations into Rummy, Wolfie, etc. Politics as usual. Not treason. No illegality as far as I can see. Maybe there's a lot more to this memo than has been posted.

We have to have an investigation and charge the offenders with wartime treason which is punishable by life in prison or death.
