Why would anyone carry illegal drugs into the airport? Hello? Not that I'm about to do any research, but I have heard that it is less risky to have illegal drugs on your person or your carry-on lugage than it is to have it in your checked bags.

Believe it or not, Winston Day, the ex-dean (but still a member of the faculty) of LSU Law School, was busted carrying pot in the Atlanta airport. Supposedly he got caught when he went to pet the drug sniffing dog (he got nervous when he saw the dog and thought making friends would keep the dog from barking at him).

Why would anyone carry illegal drugs into the airport? Hello? When I was a pot smoker I often carried it when I flew. I even smoked pot in the bathrooms in flight a few times.
Never had any problem.
Of course that was several years ago.

Why would anyone carry illegal drugs into the airport? That was the first thing I was thinking. How clueless do you have to be to do this? This ranks with Harry Connick, Jr. trying to bring a gun aboard a plane.
