It's not so much the caffeine, but the aspartame. Try switching to diet rite and drink coffee or tea for the caffeine. And more water.
I know what you mean though - I am addicted to diet coke too. That aspartame will kill us.
By the way, I'm going to the Xena convention in Burbank Sat. Jan 31st!
