CTV was just discussing the fact that Defence is fighting the hair and mop evidece like thay are going to argue that these items should be inadmissable, setting themselves up for it at trial. They said that at first they were saying that they mean nothing, now they are implying in cross-exam that the mop was taken out of the home without a warrent or giving Snott an evidence receipt. Made a big deal of it..so maybe there was something on the mop after all? In re-direct the Pros. asked the detective if Snott had objected to anything that night and he said no.

I'd love to see the transcript of today's cross. Hope it pops up somewhere for review.

"Fungible evidence"! What were they supposed to do--leave the mop there so he could be sure and wash it out thoroughly??
