First of all, keep in mind that a 0.5% increase in circulation is practically statistical noise. Second, and far more importantly, note that these numbers are compared to the same period a year ago, not the prior six months. On March 30, their circulation was 1,130,740. That means that in the last six months, the Times's circulation has DROPPED 1.1 percent.
