That is the paradox. Can complex design arise from a designless system? We know for a fact that all life is created by design - thus the paradox. That is only your assertion. And only by using the word design in a circular fashion. Try defining design in a non-circular way. How, for example, do you distinguish the design of a snowflake crystal from the design of a DNA crystal?
