If you look closely at the restored photo, the woman actually has breasts. As for the disembodied hand, do a google search. All the art historians mention it.

I posted a link upstream that is easier to see. As they say, art is in the eye of the beholder, but I showed it to my husband and he sees it the same way. I didn't come up with this myself, if you google about, you'll see that others see it the same way.
