Shame on me! I'm a Georgia voter who called Miller, "Zig Zag Zell", and I never voted for him. But when Miller was appointed by a democrat governor to finish out Republican Senator Coverdell's senate term, he promised Georgians he would be unbiased, I tentatively believed him. I thought he wouldn't want to finish up a long career by lying to the people of Georgia. Thankfully, that has proven so.
Zell Miller is showing Bill Clinton how to write a legacy.

Zell's what Southern Democrats used to be like. He does Georgia proud and we're lucky to have him. Too bad his replacement probably won't be in his league, unless it's somebody like Jack Kingston.
