FYI: There was an electrical-underground explosion in downtown Clearwater, FL this a.m. They cordoned off the area and closed schools. In addition, floriduh voter couldn't get on the internet. If it looks like nobody's dropping by Free Republic, maybe they're still unable to get on the internet.
