These road are closed to all EXCEPT residents with proper id:

SR78 from 79 in Santa Ysabel to Wynola Rd East Of Julian.

SR 76 from South Grade (Mt. Palomar) to SR 79.

Sunrise Highway from Mt Laguna to SR 79 .

SR 79 from Viejas Grade to Santa Ysabel.

6:15 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 1

Authorities announce plans to open yet another assistance center. At 8 a.m. Sunday, the former post ofice in Ramona will become a site where area residents affected by the wildfires can visit to speak with relief officials. The address is 325 Sixth St.,. Ramona.
