This scares me. Since when did any lawyer recognize accuracy? Anyway, this all just shows that we can win when we decide to take a stand for what's right. I bet CBS just HATES FreeRepublic, Drudge Report and Fox News.

lawyers do not go over for acuracy, they go over for LIABILITY. This is an effort to seek cover for the angry leftists. The line is "gee sorry we can't, our lawyer's say we are not allowed."

One south florida branch of the Democrat party specifically has FR watchers. They blame FR for the crowds that showed up during 2000.
