Note the reciprocity: "fiend" refers not only to the addiction of the cult, but to the diabolical evil of an otherwise vacant icon.

That the Friends of Hillary cult, (that is to say, that hillary clinton, herself), felt compelled to choose as its (her) logo the antithesis of this evil -- the allusion to "Hell's Angels" borders on precious -- exposes an arrogance rooted in stupidity and a level of self-loathing that are uniquely clinton.

Having seen the robotic virtual Hillary series, I can attest to the eerieness of watching the beast speak what is really on her mind. All of that is great, but the new twist of Hillary's Angels is...um...something that might be a great political collectible and lead to more avenues of anti-Clinton expression.

Mia, if you, or somebody here on FR, contracted for a batch of patches made for 'Hill's Angels,' I'd buy one. For a ten or twenty dollar bill, I'd be a great fundraiser for next November.

One word...

To me, the graphic seems way too neutral. It actually looks nice. The iconography of the Hell's Angels always depicts something evil and/or nasty. Now, it IS true that compared to the Clinton's the Hell's Angels ARE nice, but I'm trying to say that the message might be lost along the way. A patch like this might possibly even be construed as supporting the witch. I dunno. As they say, everybody is a critic.

Without reading closely, I thought this was a new twist you had cooked up.

Never Mind.

Still, the idea of a take-off for the purposes of fundraising (like the classic Limbaugh coffee mug 'Charter member of the Vast Right Wing Conspiracy') might have potential to generate more awareness of these idiots, contribute to the general fight in terms of cash donations and provide some iconic trinket for everyone's desk drawers. NPR and PBS have used this ploy for centuries.

Anyhow, once again, my bad. I'll go lay down in my corner now.
