Retreat, and dig in. It is what the libs have been doing for the entire Bush Presidency. Complain about one issue. Then when that turns out to be a bust, explain why that wasn't the real issue and bring out Exhibit B.

It's not the bait & switch. It's the bait, bait, bait, and then switch until Nov. 2004. And the complaints are not even about real issues.
