if the court rules in Anderson's favor Nov. 5.

If that were to happen, the whole case would be essentially over, and Schiavo would be unable to continue his battle to kill her. I doubt that hardly ANYONE expects Demers to rule against Schiavo as the guardian.

With the attention of the WORLD now focused on this case, you may be pleasantly surprised Nov. 5th! I hardly expect a judge to turn against one of his colleagues, but at the same time, I expect that Demers might be looking for a save-face way to resolve this dispute.

With the birth of Michael and Jody's second child it can hardly be argued he has no conflict of interest nor can it be argued he places "Terri's wishes" above all other considerations, having betrayed his marital vows by living in an adulterous relationship. Of course, MS's excuse is that Terri died a long time ago...but the fact that she continues to breathe on her own proves him a liar.

There really are no shades of gray when it comes to whether someone is dead or alive, contrary to what Michael and Felos say. As long as her heart is beating she is alive and he is an adulterer trying to kill her with the court's permission.

Time for Demers to wake up and smell the coffee! If he finds Michael to be a "good" guardian, he can expect a massive backlash when the Schindlers air all Michael's dirty laundry in public, on Larry King Live this Thursday, Nov. 6.

OTOH, if Michael has been removed as guardian as of Nov. 5th, Demers will be praised as a hero.
