Ordinary Americans are well aware of the outsourcing problems with computer call centers. My hairdresser, a lady in her fifties, complains that whenever she calls computer support, she gets someone who can't speak English well and who doesn't understand what she needs. Do companies really believe that this won't came back to bite them in the a**?
