I heard on Fox and Friends yesterday that she was dressed up for Halloween - Hooters chick. I think they also said she was on the phone to 9-1-1.

Pretty close. She's a former employee of a Hooters Restaurant, who was wearing her old outfit for Halloween.

I live in the subdued Midwest and I see pretty women in shorts all the time and they certainly aren't hookers. Where do you live, Siberia? lol
