I agree. I read this thread well before I saw the video, and I was expecting to see some woman just talking on the phone. But she's talking to someone on the phone about what is happening, obviously.

The first time I saw the video this afternoon she stands out because she is the only other person moving in the video, everyone else just freezes, she is the only one trying to help.
I would like to believe that I would try to help but I don't know, never have been in that situtation so I guess I won't know unless I am. The camera men do move and they may have experience that has taught them to keep filming but thay didn't try to help during the shooting.
