I don't think for one minute that McDonald's specified to whoever they bought their service equipment from to internally set the thermostats to a lethal level, do you? Would you personally as a business owner knowingly risk your customers that way?
There comes a time when this Country needs to stop being a bunch of Whiners and Enablers. Used to be something like this was even considered, the lawyers and judge who even thought of approving it would've been ridden out on a rail.
