The BAR Association stands for British Accredited Registry which is controlled and owned by the "The Crown" in the City of London which is privately owned by the Rothschild family. (see page 53 of July/August 2003 Media Bypass article entitled "American Arrested for Used Underwear" by Rebecca Beggs with with reference to common law).

This BAR Association is being investigated and some are calling for a Grand Jury to indict the Bar Association for fraud and treason against American citizens.

As quoted from the same source and page: "Over 1,000 Americans have mailed in documentation to the chief officers of the United States and state governments and the Commissioner of the Internal Revenue stating these facts and the government and the Commissioner have never once denied it."
