South Carolina seceded in November 1860. No one lifted a finger against them until they open fire. They did steal a lot of federal property, and millions of assets from the North, but again, no troops were called out against them until they started the war. The Konfederat troops in Charleston were informed by Sumter that the Fort would be abandoned the next day, but the Davis administration ordered the attack to commence before the fort could be abandoned as he feared that the Confederacy would fall apart without a war due to the efforts of the states, particularly Virginia, to circumvent the possibility of a war.

The south did belatedly send representative to Washington to negotiate for the hundreds of millions of Federal and private property stolen, but that was a joke because the southern states had from the very beginning never been able to pay their share of the costs of the nation, and had consistantly bled off the Federal treasury about 10 times what they had put into it. There was no way the south could handle it's debts, and Lincoln had no right to sign off on such vast sums of other people's money.

You're vicious!

(cackle, cackle...)

I mean, it's just not true. Everyone knows that auto mechanics and insurance adjustors are the very foundations of our civilization.

Most lawyers think that case law takes precendent over the law itself and most haven't a damn clue what our nation was founded under and most could care less.

First of all, case law IS "the law." Your alleged point here notes an ignorance of what case law and "the law" is. Second, as a lawyer who's done a significant amount of research on our nation's founding, particularly first amendment related, I will be happy to debate you and see which one of us has a "damn clue."

What's that supposed to mean? What is it now? This young lady is being judged by some freeper by her manner of dress? What's with that? I thought judging appearances was reserved for church and applying for a damn job. This is America; not Iran where women cover themselves all the way. If the chick wants to look sexy than so be it! Obviously, she has no inferior complex like some men or women on this forum do.

Good Lord...I hope you intended to put the "sarcasm tag" in there someplace. If not, I guess you didn't see the hooker, huh?

I did see the young woman in the photo but how does the poster know her to be a hooker unless she provided a service to them or personally knows of her occupation. Maybe she's an undercover cop.

Well....I suppose that's always a possibilty; doing her phone bidniss from the payphone in front of the courthouse....yeah, that could be it...she could be an undercover cop.

According to Supreme Court Justice Sandra Day O'Connor case law does not supercede the law itself. There lies the issue of Stare Decisis that has a sounder meaning of what the real law was intended to be. Boilerplate case law has proven to be inconsistent to what the previous established statutory law was intended to be.

In Adarand Constructors, Inc. v. Pena, 515 U.S. 200 (1995), Sandra Day O’Connor wrote:

“Remaining true to an ‘intrinsically sounder’ doctrine established in prior cases better serves the values of Stare Decisis than would following a more recently decided case inconsistent with the decisions that came before it; the latter course would simply compound the recent error, and would likely make the unjustified break from previously established doctrine complete. In such a situation, ‘special justification’ exists to depart from the recently decided case.”

And referencing another case:

In Consumer Products Safety v. GTE Sylvania, 447 U.S. 102, the Supreme Court said:

“We begin with the familiar canon of statutory construction that the starting point for interpreting a statute is the language of the statute itself. Absent a clearly expressed legislative intention to the contrary, the language must be regarded as conclusive.”

There's lots of young women walking like that along Van Nuys Blvd. Many of them are decoys working for the cops.

"Case" law is based on false impressions that judges and other intergovernmental agencies use rather than applying the statutory law that does apply. For example, if the DOJ believes that filing a tax return is "mandatory" why don't they cite the statute section that says directly so? What has been happening is that the DOJ uses U.S. v Sullivan, 274 U.S. 259, thus falsely forcing individuals to file returns under duress who do not meet the "requisite statutory definition" to file in the first place.

No one knows if she is a hooker untill she shows up on Greta's show being interviewed.

Her attire reminded me of what a hooker might wear to attrack clients.

What I found funny about her taste in attire is that she looks so outdated like from the 70's right down to the leg warmers. She appeared to be young but from a different time in style.

Who knows what she does as a living or does not do. Be interesting to see her interviewed out of curiousity from what all have been wondering around this thread.

Does anyone have pics to post of her?

Legalize prostitution already. Why pay cops to act like whores.

You are correct sir! It was Florence, not Willona. Willona was the nympho next door to Florida and James who made young Michael's nights restive and agitated.

I'd tell you it was a rare mistake ... but honestly: I'm still trying to figure out how "Chico" got hooked up with "The Man".

The seventies sitcoms are timeless treasures of wit, carefree hijinks and Adrienne Barbeau badda bing badda boom britches burstin' bliss ... still, I just wish some of these shows would have explored negative racial stereotypes.

If only Rerun ... would dance, jump, shake and work his overall wearing groove until Shirley delivered the verbal hammer down.

Some may say, I'm a dreamer. But I'm not the only one.

Okay, if you want us to believe this is the FIRST photo ever of a hooker that didn't include Charlie Sheen.

It's not the legalization of prostitution that solves anything - it's the complete funding, Web showcasing and transportation of those service oriented professinals that makes a difference for the John Visa and Joe Client out here in forgotten Flyoverland.

I'm principled; the Gubmn't fascists from the Moonlight Bunny Ranch should be paying me!

Damn RINOs.

I heard on Fox and Friends yesterday that she was dressed up for Halloween - Hooters chick. I think they also said she was on the phone to 9-1-1.
