The Roth I was thinking of is our former Congressman, Toby Roth. Of course, after he retired from Congress, I think he stayed in DC. Don't think he's Jewish, though--but then IDing someone by religion just isn't one of those Wisconsin things.

I had an out patient biopsy and drank coffee before leaving hospital. I was still out of it enough I didn't notice the coffee was scalding. I had blisters. I didn't sue but I called and yelled at various hospital administrators.

Yep, I first heard "stable," but it was changed to "fine" not long afterward

Then I'd list him as "good." He'll probably stay in the hospital overnight, maybe another day, to make sure that he is really stable and he'll be able to go home to recover.

Funny thing is the off-duty reserve sheriff's deputy is also an attorney. I just know I haven't seen a flying tackle like that in a heck of a long time--he got him down, got his hands out of his pockets (and he did have a 2nd gun), others got in the act to make sure he stayed down, they got him cuffed and off he went.

Admiralty Courts are courts that operate outside the law. They are not positive law courts but instead are military courts. The key is to look at the flag on the pole when you walk in any courtroom. Any flag that has the yellow fringe is an "army on the march". It is the same flag used by the Commander in Chief of the White House. When you, I, or any regular citizen walks into these courts, we are recognized as the enemy in their courtroom. If you ever notice outside any federal courthouse, as you enter the above plaque reads "Department of War". We are nothing but names of war when walking into their courtroom. It is the same with the state municipal and superior courts as well.

What separates admiralty courts from constitutional courts is that judges don't wear the black robes in constitutional courts and there is no yellow fringe on the flag and positive law is observed.

Admiralty courts apply private law because they conduct courts as a business rather than the process itself. Admiralty courts practice what is called procedural law rather than that of substantial law because law of substance takes "too much time".

You should really watch the video and pay attention, the girl runs up to the phone as the shooter has his gun pulled and is approaching the victum, she picks up the phone and doesn't put any money into it. You tell me who is she calling (911) and why she never take her eyes off the shooter and is moving her feet nervously.

Once you see the full video, that's what you see, and I agree with your assessment. But the initial videos shown cut that portion of the video out.

Bob Dylan's 'real' name is Robert Allen Zimmerman, and he's of Russian Jewish heritage.
He turned to Christianity in 1979, who knows if there was any formal conversion, though.
What he is now is the subject of alot of rumors.

Well, there is what is called "common law marriage" that many states acknowledge but shun upon because of the issue of property. That should give you the hint that common law does exist. Most people get permission from the state to marry whereas common law citizens co-habitate without a contract with the State.

Another idea of where common law exists is in the courts where common citizens do their own divorce and lawsuits without legal representation. In state court they called "pro per" litigants and in federal court they are referred to as "pro se" litigants.

Another common law that still exists has been the Homestead Act but has somehow been overridden in some states by Eminent Domain. In state and fed courts, I have read in the superior court rules about "quiet title" with reference to a citizen acquiring actual ownership of their home and land. It's interesting isn't it?

Hey I aplogize for my remark but it seems on this site that people have started to label and name call and because of the way she was dressed she has been called several names on this thread.
She appears to be a very brave young women who puts herself in danger trying to save another persons life.

I agree. I read this thread well before I saw the video, and I was expecting to see some woman just talking on the phone. But she's talking to someone on the phone about what is happening, obviously.
