While I am very glad to see that this was finally passed, I am so sorry so many had to lose their homes and, in some cases, their lives.

It is a tragedy that our $inators didn't move on this bill last year after GW presented it in Medford and Portland.

Of course then who really cared that Oregon burned for months. There was minimal national tv coverage versus the coverage the LA/Riverside/San Diego Fires got.

I have had more comments on my old bumper sticker re blaming the envirals for the fires of 2002. One guy who has seen it for over a year, said last week, now I finally understand what your bumper sticker really means.
