"My experience, in this case, has been that the people I talk to had no idea that they were being misled about what was actually wrong with Terri"
You can say that again. I was talking w/a friend in the grocery store parking lot and this subject came up. She only knew what she'd heard on the alphabet soup networks. She thought Terri had a heart attack, was in a coma and brain dead and thus figured her parents were just having a hard time letting go. Once I told her some background and Terri's actual condition, she was aghast that the media would lie and distort this woman's condition so. I have replayed this scene over and over again with other friends as well. The deliberate misinformation that the major media is putting out is, in my opinion, nothing short of accomplices to murder.

" I have replayed this scene over and over again with other friends as well." As have I, and I have yet to see one person who didn't do a complete turn around given a few more of the facts. You're right about the media. They are contemptible.
