He would not confirm IF he will or will not testify. He DID make the statement that IF he found against the Defense he wouldn't testify because he can't deliberatly slant his testimony for either side. I'm not so sure of that after OJ but I'll give him the benefit of the doubt here. He did say however, that the hair being in the pliers in the boat, doesn't necessarily mean that the hair didn't get in the pliers from home and were transferred to the boat innocently. RIGHT!! CO, I refuse to watch LKL, it is totally slanted toward the defense, plus LKL's looks make me nauseous!!
