Don't think it was an "update" per se, it was a conversation between Wendy Murphy and Catherine Crier, IIRC. I just didn't know whether Wendy was stating a fact, or presenting a theory, since I walked into the room kinda late.

I used to have a lot of respect for Wendy Murphy's legal opinions but since she's been ranting and raving like a banshee about the Kobe Bryant case, I don't pay any attention to her anymore.
