If this stands, then the next aggrieved party, i.e., homosexuals, feminists, abortionists, or anyone else who conflicts with Christian beliefs can raise the spector of hate speech and have the offender silenced.
The left conquers by incrementalism. One attack if successful leads to another. They pounce.
