VIRGINIA BEACH, Oct. 29 -- Five witnesses at John Allen Muhammad's murder trial have testified that they told police about a suspicious, dark-colored Chevrolet sedan at sniper shooting scenes -- reports that apparently went overlooked as authorities focused on white vans and box trucks.
The testimony about Muhammad's blue Caprice dominated Wednesday's proceedings. Two witnesses from separate sniper attacks in Spotsylvania County told jurors that they saw the car with tinted windows creep slowly by within minutes of the shootings on Oct. 4 and Oct. 11, 2002. Both witnesses said they immediately told police about the car.

Go back to the talking heads & so-called "profiling" experts and they just about all said the sniper was an angry WHITE male in his 20's or 30's, likely with RIGHT WING ties or beliefs. Idiot racists like Moose wanted it to be that: they wanted to strike fear in the public with the image of angry WHITE men in WHITE vans shooting BLACK people and "people of color". Moose & his lackies turned their backs on this info and kept up the WHITE van ruse as long as they could.

This profiling seems to be more a reason for profilers to get on TV rather than remain open minded. The same goes for the anthrax murders and the ramadan fires in LA. I remain convinced that they may be terrorist related. Even though no Islamists have claimed responsibility, means they may have changed tactics. The so called authorities have to remain open minded.

Yes, Moose knew about the Caprice reports, and was keeping it away from the police on the street, who were supposed to be looking for the suspects.
My opinion is that Moose wanted to catch them himself, or with an operation directed by him personally. His glory seeking cost several lives.

The information that was withheld by the Maryland Police Chief Moose could have ended it quickly.. He should be tried for obstruction. He caused needless deaths because of his racial attitude.
I can't tell you how frightening that month was. My kid was pretty sanguine about it. He said there was no defense against a sniper so getting right with God was the only thing to do. He still needed to gas up his car.
You know, with all that's going on today that is a pretty good idea.
BTW, the idiot reporteress from the WAPO did a report from the VABEACH Courthouse and her emphasis was on the rubes and hicks and how stupid the whole place is. You'd think she would write about the trial.
I generally use the WAPO to line the litter pans.

Since Moose did NOT report the true facts to the rest of the police and to the public, HE is responsible for some of the murders and should stand trial!!!!!!!

Moose is a real lowlife. I think he wanted to publish his book before the trial because he knew his reputation would be totally shredded after all this evidence would come to light in the trial.
It is a blessing that Iran Brown was taken to school by his nurse aunt, and that he was given great care at the DC Children's Hospital.
