Yes, the president of Mexico needs a visa to come to Arizona. No, he doesn't have to stand in line to get one. It's all cleared by the U.S. Embassy in Mexico City.
From the moment President Vicente Fox sets foot in the United States on Tuesday and passes effortlessly through U.S. Customs at Sky Harbor International Airport's executive terminal, he and his entourage should encounter nothing but hospitality.

In another five years he won't need to bother with it because Mexico will have annexed Arizona under Fox and Bush's policy of lebensraum with access to our system of social services to finance it.

I cannot believe it.
I just called the Mexican Consulate to get tickets to see the Fox in Phx. at the Civic Plaza, Nov. 4th. 602-242-7398.
I said I was inquiring about the tickets, and asked what the price was. He said "Hold on, I'll check."
He came back and said "They're free, but they're only for the Mexican community."
