Legal guardians aren't given the authority to kill you when they get tired of being one. Terri wrote no living will, Michael seems to remember her saying something once about not wanting to be put on a respirator or connected to a machine. That memory --- real or imagined ---of 15 years or so ago should not give him the right to starve her to death.

He remembers this after he has contol of the money. If I understand this correctly Terri was being hand fed prior to putting the tube in. The tube was put there to help the caregivers. She was able to swallow but it was a time consuming process.
Why did he allow the feeding tube in the first place and she didn't want it.
