They do need to get new uniforms. Something that is completely different from the uniforms worn by the US but also completely different from the old Iraqi army uniform. Something that marks these new units as "special".

It seems like a simple thing, but I think it's important. Why can't we give them new uniforms? Is it just a question of money?
