No, but neither will all those nukes, or the worlds strongest miliary.

The fact is.... power is going to rest in somebody's hands. At least the US has some checks and controls. The president is subject to congressional oversight. And we do have a free press even if they are more interested in pushing agenda's these days instead of really investigating and reporting the news.
