Turns out the state will not be using its wiretap tapes at the prelim, so no need to go further into the Franks hearing issue at this time. This will cut down on how long we have to wait b/f they dispense with other motions and start the real prelim. State also has said they will not be using any of their GPS evidence for the prelim. So that issue needn't be talked about at this time, either.

BTW, on Court TV they said Geragos is seeking to have Allred barred from the courtroom. LOL.

So, yes, turn to Court TV if you don't mind seeing them go back to "the desert murder mystery" in between Peterson reports.
