[Canadian Outrage]

I gotta get out of here soon to go to work but I just saw a Prosecutor (Valerie somebody) interviewed and she said that Mitochondrial DNA has been accepted by the California Courts many times before and Gergos knows it!! This is gonna be an attack the Police and Investigators trial. HOWEVER, the MPD and all the Investigators have been extremely methodical and careful in this case. They have seemingly taken this case personally. Geragos and McAllister are in for a real fight because their constant picking is going to become very irritating to the Jurors and probably the Judge after a while.!!

Also heard that Geragos cried foul this morning, saying he'd gotten some discovery late, and that therefore he might not be able to adequately cross-exam some witness of the state's in the Kelly (DNA) hearing. But then he supposedly said it would just be a small delay for him to get up to speed.

Much earlier, the Court TV people said that part of Geragos' objection to some of the dogs was that they were dogs for tracking SUSPECTS, but that they had been used in this case to track a VICTIM. ROFL!!
