Suppose a hair is caught in some needle-nose pliers. It makes sense to me that one might not be able to get the hair out of the pliers w/o breaking it. Or at least the hair would have a very weak, damaged place on it--the exact place where it was caught in the pliers.

It's quite possible that the hair was WOUND in the needle-nose pliers, Anse, but it was info that I had never heard before. I'm OTO that NG was screeching like a fisherman's wife last night. Nancy also mentioned that she had READ in a court filed document (over 400 pages, I think) that on the day of the candlelight vigil, Scott was on the phone with Amber for an hour asking her to move to Europe with him and have his baby. This could not be a "wiretapped" conversation because Amber had not been to MPD at this time. I question how Nancy Grace was privileged to that court filed document. Wonder if it's available to all the press and the public now? RB, Velveeta, do you know if that document is available online?

Regarding the broken hair, Ted Rowlands said last night that the defense was claiming that Laci knew about the boat and that they "MAY" have a witness at the warehouse, who will say that she was there in the days prior to her disappearance. It'll be interesting to see how the judge rules on the "hair" evidence.
