Do you and any of our other regulars remember Dr. Henry Lee stating VERY early on a talk show (LKL) I think, that the clothes found on Laci's body (if the body was found later) would be a very critical piece of evidence and could establish to a much narrower window, WHEN Laci was killed. He gave an example also, that it would be damning evidence if it was her maternity pyjamas.

GOOD! So when the defense puts Lee up there during the trial, the prosecution needs to pull out that clip of Lee talking about the clothes and play it!!!

Nothing like having the other side's own witness confirm that your evidence is meaningful!
