One last post..Fieger and all were yacking about why on earth the Pros. put on this mitocondrail witness on to open the prelim, yawn, weak case. Stan Goldman just brilliantly pointed out that the witness was put on today because of Geragros's delay and the witness was ONLY AVAILABLE today and tomorrow because of the delay!

Sounds good. Besides, with just a judge, they don't have to worry so much about "first impressions" and what impact this or that witness would make.
