Oops Nancy is wrong about the trial judge being different than the prelim judge. The prelim judge is scheduled to keep the case unless a change of venue occurs.

RG - Didn't Girolami state some time ago, that he because of the extremely extensive and wide coverage this case has had, that he didn't think a change of venue would be granted. Besides he also, if my mind serves correct, mention that considering the above factors mentioned AND the cost that he didn't favor it?? I seem to recall him dropping that little bomb as a preamble to how he would "likely" address that motion, when it came up.
