yeah I know... I was radio surfing w/o a putter this afternoon...lost for what went.. KFBK, Chris G?... stated that scaughty comes up to the court area in chains and shackles, and then changes before the public can see him. Also, that this prelim will go on into next week...

Court is out for the day. The DNA witness was allowed to testify but further testimony on the DNA is forthcoming from the defense. - KRON
