Inmate: "Hey, Peterson, what did your mommy buy us today?"Even worse, the officer being "fair" grabs stuff out of the 12"x12" box that the cell block shares and just starts tossing one thing into each cell. However it dosen't matter weather a person is IN every cell, ya know?
