Thanks runningbear! I just heard Lis Wiehl on Fox & Friends say that the prosecutors may put Amber on the stand only to verify that tapes were made. She thinks this would be a smart move because Geragos would not be able to cross examine her on anything else. Her presence would symbolize to the defense team what's to come. She feels they might do this to encourage a plea. This is an interesting idea on how to use Amber that I haven't heard from anyone else.

That does sound like an interesting angle. It would show that Amber is prepared to go the distance, yet save her from a nasty cross exam.
