Thanks, RG! I checked back in to see what the latest word was. So, that's it for today? Everything's essentially on hold until tomorrow? Of course, now, we'll have to go watch all of the different analyses from each cable network. Dang that judge for ruling cameras out of the courtroom! This is just totally frustrating to the TV audience!

I heard something like that on the Tom Sullivan show near 3 pm this afternoon. Seems the talk is, Geragos is going to attack every bit of police work in this case. That is his only hope. Part reason is why the Prosecutors are bringing on the DNA early on, because they have more evidence pending...

Nancy Grace on LKL just sighted a case from a collegue of Girolami where he ruled in 2000 in SanDiego that mitocondral DNA is admissable...Nancy siad that the Laci hair was WOUND in the pliers on Snott's boat!!! Was he twisting chicken wire when that hair was wound onthe pliers????

Ted Rowlands said that sources said that Amy was brought into the house to look for the clothing that Laci was wearing the 23rd when she and Snott came into her salon. Sources say she did not find the clothes, and they were the same clothes that Laci was found in when her body washed ashore. Nancy says that the defense will have a hard time explaining that...Amy came out of the search of the home crying hysterically.

Oops Nancy is wrong about the trial judge being different than the prelim judge. The prelim judge is scheduled to keep the case unless a change of venue occurs.
