evidence is no longer required to ruin somebody.

This was the reason the founding fathers created the grand jury. Investigative, accussative information like this should not be made public. It ruins people's lives, and he may not be guilty. It's not until there is enough evidence to provide an indictment that this should even be reported.

I, for one, don't believe a word of the accusation.

Oh definitely. Flyer, on the other hand, typically threatens to kill me two or three times per thread, but rarely attempts it.
