If the hints about this complaint are accurate, certain portions of the complaint will have to be redacted in order to protect the privacy of a minor.
However, it shouldn't take long to do that.

I wonder how long it will take the attorney general's office to decide if the media can see the police report. Yes, I'm nosey and I want to know details.Law says 10 days.

Wayne Delcifino the mouth piece of Channel 13. I think he's the one. Sexual assault of a woman he picked up in a bar.
That's what my middle-aged-timer's diseazed brain remembers. If I'm wrong, someone please correct me. I wouldn't want to slander someone in the media......

(Personally, I think we should bring back flogging and burning at the stake.)

guilt by accusation, eh? evidence is no longer required to ruin somebody.
This was the reason the founding fathers created the grand jury. Investigative, accussative information like this should not be made public. It ruins people's lives, and he may not be guilty. It's not until there is enough evidence to provide an indictment that this should even be reported.
I, for one, don't believe a word of the accusation.

I think you have to be a subscriber registered with the Chronicle to access this story on the unsolved murders. What were you doing in Bellville in '96?
What happened to the dog?

Wayne Delchifino. Thats the one, but I seem to remember that he was found innocent of the charges. Oh well, maybe not LOL! Enjoy your brain while you have it.

...following a complaint from a Sugar Land family that Matthews behaved indecently with a child. One has to wonder if this is the same nutjob that filed rape charges on the President a while back. Totally bogus.
To: Flyer
Were theese the murders in a little town called Raccoon Creek, or something like that?
To: katykelly
Yes, and it just so happens that Flyer has a coon dog...

Well, I once went pheasant hunting at a place called Raccoon Creek, and I get them mixed up :-)

Sounds like Flyer's dog is dangerous!
To: katykelly
I would think it would be the same place, near FM 529 and the Braozos River?

R Creek is in Iowa. I have been to R Bend, though, just days after the murders. Not much there.

You know too much and you hang out with that undercover Texas Ranger. So, when did you get Gilligan?
And where did you get him?

Sounds like Flyer's dog is dangerous! Oh definitely. Flyer, on the other hand, typically threatens to kill me two or three times per thread, but rarely attempts it.
