That the court allowed the fund pay for the legal fees because Felos is Terry's lawyers also. Is Felos officially Terri's lawyer? If so, the first thing a GAL should do is fire him. Then seek some investigations because Felos has been very clearly not been working to ensure Terri's interests.
For example, what exactly is documented about Felos' intention to write a book about Terri? It seems that in and of itself suggests some pretty big conflicts of interest right there.

IIRC, Felos came onto the scene in 1998, years after 'the incident'. IMO, Felos' legal 'specialties' would have been of no interest to Terri in 1990. Was Felos even practicing in the area in 1990? Sounds like Michael made him Terri's lawyer.
