Don't forget that the Berkeley/Oakland residential fires just recently burnt hundreds of acres and wiped out hundreds of homes. It was a mega-billion dollar fire. Those forests were loaded with dead fuel too.

I hope they vote Boxer out, too! I just think it's going to be very difficult to blame the fires on her, unless a majority of people realize the fuel problem caused the fires, blame environmentalists for that, and associate Boxer with them.
